Poland to Hungary: A bikepacking Trip

Here I got the chance to talk with the woman of the house were I stayed.

She moved from Wroclaw to Bielsko when she was younger to work in a new car factory that was open there.

Also, one of the woman around the table from Slovakia, was an actress and could sing for us few songs.

This night I met the owner of the camping - He had been a truck driver across Europe, but not only.

He told me stories about Iran and the US as well.

Crossing the Danube

The next day was my last day on the bike and a cruzial one.

I had to be on time to cross the Danube river.

During the dinner, the barman mentioned about Szeklers.

The Székelys also referred to as Szeklers, are a Hungarian subgroup living mostly in the Székely Land in (today’s) Romania ~ Transilvania.
