What we did was to take some data to compare the costs of travelling by car compared with bikepacking:

I started the trip couple of days alone.

The owner of this motorbike was also resting and he spoke to me in German (or Swiss?)
Despite he mentioned that he was not good at English - We could communicate perfectly, we discussed what we were up to, where we were heading…
…and… I had to ask for a video on how that engine sounds during startup.

The amount of snow at both sides of the road was as high as a person.
The Swiss French Area
I have mixed feelings about this region.
It is definitely not the same as the german speaking side - and I am not only talking about the language and the landscapes.
